Deposits and Cancellation Policy We require a $2,500 deposit when the reservation is confirmed. The balance of your trip cost is due on 2/10/10. Reservations that do not fulfill these requirements could be canceled. All cancellations must be in writing. If the reservation is canceled before January 18, 2010, 60 days prior to the reserved date of arrival, 85% of the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled before 2/10/10 but after 1/18/10, 45% of the deposit will be returned. If the reservation is canceled or postponed after 2/10/10, there will be no refund.
